Brad went above and beyond and helped us sell our house just when the market was slowing down. He helped with all aspects-from coordinating repair work to cleaning, and even helping us get the last few things out remotely after we had moved 1000 miles away!

Brad helped us find a single family home in Lincoln Park and then sell our townhome in the same area. He was very responsive to what we wanted, knew the area well, and followed through with both transactions in the best possible way. He also helped up complete some renovation projects in the new home within a very short four week window between houses, so that we didn't have to live through the construction. He was always on time, upbeat, responsive, present for contractor questions during the renovation and most importantly, he really cared about us and our project, maybe as much as we did.

Brad was super helpful, hands-on and highly vested in helping us buy our new home and sell our old home. He is very responsive and detailed oriented, helping us solve specific problems and answering pressing questions throughout the entire process.

Brad is a phenomenal agent to work with. We were looking to buy a new house and were originally looking at both the city and the suburbs. When we did, he did everything he could to get us the home and at the price that we wanted. During the inspection, he pointed out a lot of things that we were able to discuss with the inspector and the sellers. He is extremely experienced and therefore ensures the buying process is as smooth as possible. He is also very creative when problem solving complex deals. Couldn't recommend Brad more highly. We would never have got the house we are in - which is perfect for us - if we'd had 99% of other agents - it was an unusal situation where the house had been temporarily de-listed, but Brad chased down the agent and only his persistence got us the viewing and moved the sales process on. He listened to what we wanted, our priorities and 'non-negotiables', and didn't show us anything that didn't fit. There was no BS and huge amounts of research to help us decide on our approach and offer.
